| Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ridge at Playa Grande. Beautiful pools, great views of the city and the Pacific Ocean, clean and well organized property. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants around the marina. Tim DiLeo is a great host and very informative. We did not encounter any issues during check in or at any time during our stay. The Ridge is a wonderful place to stay. The location offered a place to relax, walking distance to marina and beach walk was wonderful. We are glad we chose this spot over others we were pondering. The room was well appointed, lacking a washer dryer and dishwasher but the daily maid made up for that. The marina side
was a bit noisy but room was quiet and wrap around patio was lovely. We enjoyed the pool up there and also down at the main resort. The service was amazing. Food and beverage was so good in each location. |

| Our room was phenomenal, we had a view of the ocean and marina. We were there for New Years Eve and the fireworks were spectacular. The room was nice and the people were courteous. Tim was awesome to work with too. Definitely will be bringing our family back to this spot. |

| While this is our first time renting with LastHoorah.com Vacation Rentals, we have stayed at the Playa Grande Ridge facility 7 other times. Renting through Tim was easy and more importantly legitimate. The process went smooth and no surprises. The unit is spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Our family gathers at this location to enjoy each other and completely unplug. We love lounging at the infinity pool. It's easy and safe to walk into town from this location day and night and many activities nearby. Water taxis are available to take you to the arch or the Mango deck or the Office. No rental car is needed and "all inclusive" meal plan is available but not necessary at all. |

| The description of this property is definitely on par! The hotel was so nice and the room was in the best location. You could sit on the balcony and have a view of the pool, ocean and the marina, it just doesn't get much better then that. The hotel is also a quick walk to the marina and easy access to shopping and restaurants. If you don't feel like going outside the resort, the food is also excellent there as well. Working with Tim DiLeo was also a great experience, it was very easy to book through him, he was very helpful and he even provided a list of great places to check out while visiting Cabo (which came in handy). I would definitely recommend booking through him for this property, or even others. |

| We just returned from an unforgettable week in Cabo thanks to Tim. The entire process was incredibly easy. Tim was very quick with his response time, even was so nice as to provide recommendations for restaurants, tours for us to check out while we were there. I was a little leery of the check-in since it was our first time not booking directly through a hotel, but everything was ready to go just as he promised. We had a wonderful time and will definitely contact Tim at LastHoorah!com when we are getting ready to book again. |

The Presidential Suite was beautiful and we enjoyed the views of both the marina and the ocean from the balcony. We loved the beautiful infinity pools, swim up bar, great food and drink service. We loved our stay at The Ridge.

| For my wife’s 50th Birthday we met 4 other couples with kids in Cabo and we all stayed at on the Ridge at the Playa Grande. From the minute we checked in until the time we checked out we were in complete paradise. All of our rooms were better than we could have ever imagined. The pools on the Ridge as well as in the lower area of the Playa Grande were amazing. There were things to do every day with or without our children. The food at the Playa Grande was great and there was something on the menu for everyone in our party. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay in Cabo to consider the Ridge @ Playa Grande. |

We travel often, but The Ridge at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas is our favorite. From the beautiful, spacious, scenic room we had, to the amazing staff. I cannot say enough about the staff. So polite, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. The stay was first-class all the way. We were able to enjoy this stay with our entire family including Grandchildren. The Suite accommodated us perfectly!
We did “all inclusive” for several nights and the restaurants were so delicious. All the seafood and the wonderful Mexican Coffees!
I am attaching a picture our Grandkids favorite spot….the slide at The Ridge. Best babysitter ever!
We will be using your services again in the future. We have been going to The Ridge for the last six years. Who knows, with your help, we may venture off to another wonderful site.

We used LastHoorah! for our Cabo San Lucas vacation over Thanksgiving week in 2014. Tim DiLeo worked with me setting up the reservation, and everything came out great.
We had a great 2 bedroom suite at Playa Grande (in the Ridge) that accommodated our family of 5 adults and one baby. I am sure that we will return to Playa Grande in the future, and we will definitely use LastHoorah! again. |

| Playa Grande is an exceptional resort in Cabo. The resort is not only beautiful, but the location is fantastic. While you're right on the beach, you're also only steps away from the marina, which offers restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Also, the staff at Playa Grande is friendly and wonderful to be around. The Ridge Restaurant and Bar staff, especially, is very attentive. We extended our annual stay at the resort through LastHoorah! and working with Tim was so easy, and everything worked out perfectly. I can't wait to go back again next year! |

In May we decided to explore the possibility of visiting Cabo San Lucas. Traveling to Mexico without the assistance/convenience of an all-inclusive type of service provider can be a little concerning. But we do not like being confined by the ‘requirements’ of all-inclusive trips. Part of the fun is getting out and exploring what the location has to offer and not feeling like you have to eat in the same place three times a day.
Tim at LastHoorah! put all our concerns to rest, right from the start. His personalized process, especially the time he invested up-front truly convinced us this trip would go off without a hitch. He asked the right questions to get an understanding of what type of property would best fit our needs, what we were interested in doing while in Cabo and even our favorite types of restaurants. He had a ton of recommendations for excursions, hot spots to check out and top-notch restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed (even went back twice to one in particular).
We showed up at the airport armed with an understanding of how to avoid the hassle of timeshares and all the scams to be aware of. Upon arriving at the resort, our room was clean and was better than advertised. Our trip to Cabo was one of the most memorable we have been on, in large part to Tim’s attention to detail and quality service. We would recommend LastHoorah! without hesitation.

LastHoorah! has planned the last five vacations for my husband and I:
St. Thomas, New Jersey Coast, Bonaire, Cabo San Lucas, MX, and The Grove Park Inn & Spa in Asheville, NC. Each trip has been absolutely amazing! We’ve enjoyed deep-sea fishing, incredible spa treatments, kayaking, beautiful golf courses, fabulous restaurants and scuba diving (at a dive site walking distance from our room)! Plus, the accommodations have always been perfect!
In every event, Tim DiLeo's attention to detail, competitive prices, customer service and personable demeanor were more than we could have hoped for during the planning process. After having used LastHoorah! for our last two vacations to Cabo San Lucas, MX and Cape Cod, there was no question that we would be calling Tim again to plan our honeymoon to the Hawaiian islands in the summer of 2009. Tim's service, planning and attention to detail are second to none.
Tim provided us with fabulous accomodations and great deals in both Maui and Kauai too. Tim is knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive and has a great passion for what he does. His efforts let us enjoy fifteen days in paradise of snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing.
It was the trip of a lifetime, and Tim was genuinely interested in hearing about all our adventures when we returned. He is always professional and approachable and really shows the aloha spirit that we experienced in Hawaii.
