Rental rates include transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, in-stay housekeeping, continental breakfast, wireless internet, ski valet, full service concierge, and use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. The Aspen Mountain Residences charges a $40/night resort fee and a $40/night parking fee (if you have a car) that would be payable directly to the resort at checkout.
As of Jun 8, 2024, all residences have been updated with new furniture, new carpeting, new paint, new lighting fixtures, and new kitchen cabinet hardware. The units are now lighter & brighter! In addition, new tile floors were installed in the elevators, and all corridors received new carpeting, new paint, and new wallpaper.
The residences are finely crafted and designed around a mountain-inspired theme incorporating stone, solid wood, granite and marble. One, Two, Three & Four bedroom units feature gourmet kitchens with top-of-the-line refrigerator and microwave, and a master bedroom suite with King bed, stone tile bath, walk-in shower, and jetted spa tub. Deluxe amenities include flat-screen TVs, DVD and CD players, fireplaces, private balconies or patios (in most units) and complimentary wireless internet access.
4 Bedrooms / 4.5 Full Baths - 3,428 sq ft - (Sleeps 10-12) The only 4-bedroom residence in the building! King size beds in 3 of the bedrooms with 2 sets of twin bunks in the 4th bedroom. A Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bi-level suite with four balconies & fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, private hot tub, theatre room, game room and full size pool table.
3 Bedrooms / 3 Full Baths - 1,700 sq ft - (Sleeps 6-8) King size bed in each bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Multiple balconies & fireplaces, and a wine cooler in the gourmet kitchen.
2 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths - 1,500+ sq ft - (Sleeps 6) King size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Multiple balconies & fireplaces.
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath - 1,200 sq ft - (Sleeps 4) King size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private balcony or terrace, fireplace in the main living area.
Studio - 450-550 sq ft -(Sleeps 2) King size bed, gas fireplace, stone tile bath, coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator, mini sink, 25" flat screen TV.
The Aspen Mountain Residences does not allow pets or emotional support animals. If you plan to be accompanied by a service dog, a form must be obtained from the property for completion by a medical doctor, certifying that the dog has been trained to provide support for a physical disability. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure this form is completed, submitted, and approved by the property prior to booking.

Effective with all new reservations made beginning February 10, 2025, The Aspen Mountain Residences Resort Fee is as follows:
$40/night for a Studio
$50/night for a 1 Bedroom
$60/night for a 2 Bedroom
$70/night for a 3 Bedroom
$80/night for a 4 Bedroom
There is an additional $40/night Parking Fee, if applicable.
$200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed.
Crib rentals may be arranged through the Concierge.
